Mediterranean dips – 3 nutritious & delicious recipes

A trio of Mediterranean dips just brimming with goodness. Great party appetisers that look vibrant and enticing served alongside each other.

This traffic light coloured tasty trio consists: of a Greek inspired roasted pepper and feta dip, a Moroccan spiced butternut squash dip, and a pesto and white bean dip with a decidedly Italian twist.

Accompany these tasty Mediterranean dips with healthy batons of peppers, carrots, celery and sliced fennel. Or alternatively with toasted sourdough or pitta bread to make them into a more substantial lunch. And serve with vegetable crisps and mixed olives on the side, to create a colourful Mediterranean feast.
