The Jing Method™

What is the Jing Method™ in Advanced Clinical Massage?

The Jing Method™ of Advanced Clinical Massage is a unique outcome-based system for treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain and myofascial restrictions. This highly-effective therapeutic approach is based on years of research by internationally renowned bodyworkers into the most effective forms of manual therapy available, creating a fusion of advanced soft tissue and massage techniques.

Effective with most types of chronic musculoskeletal pain including; back pain, sciatica, neck pain, whiplash, migraines, frozen shoulder, sports injuries, knee pain, and ligament and tendon issues. As well as systemic conditions like fibromyalgia, myofascial pain syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, IBS and plantar fasciitis. The Jing Method™ is a partnership between patient and practitioner where a  treatment plan of around six sessions is designed to increase your mobility, agility, and joint range of motion (ROM), whilst focusing on decreasing your daily pain.

Education plays a key role in The Jing Method™ with treatments centred around the patient being given tools to understand their pathology and to take ownership of their healing.
