Biography:

As an Advanced Clinical Massage & Yoga Therapist/Sports Massage therapist, my aim is to help bring people back home into their bodies and into a place of comfort and ease. Using the combination of informed touch, mindful movement and education around the interplay of our bodies, minds and nervous systems, my hope is to empower the people I work with to take control of their health and well-being.

I understand that pain is multi-faceted and believe wholly in using the biopsychosocial approach to unravel the puzzle of your pain. Whilst my methods are informed heavily by the most up-to-date practices in Western medical research, I’m also a firm believer in the integration of Eastern modalities into my treatments, and always endeavour to treat the person, not the pathology.
