Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy

Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy Hayling Island-PortsmouthI am a Jing Method™ advanced clinical massage therapist. I am qualified to treat a range of chronic musculoskeletal pain conditions including low back pain, neck pain, headaches whiplash, RSI fibromyalgia and many other ongoing injury or pain conditions.

As an advanced clinical massage therapist, I am trained in a range of safe and effective soft tissue and massage techniques that aim to reduce your pain and increase your movement within 1-6 clinical treatments. The techniques I use include fascial work, trigger point therapy, acupressure, stretching and tailored self-care.

I use a warm and heart-centred approach that takes full account of all your physical and emotional needs and am committed to working alongside you to get the results you need.

As an Advanced Clinical Massage & Yoga Therapist/Sports Massage therapist, my aim is to help bring people back home into their bodies and into a place of comfort and ease. Using the combination of informed touch, mindful movement and education around the interplay of our bodies, minds and nervous systems, my hope is to empower the people I work with to take control of their health and well-being.

I understand that pain is multi-faceted and believe wholly in using the biopsychosocial approach to unravel the puzzle of your pain. Whilst my methods are informed heavily by the most up-to-date practices in Western medical research, I’m also a firm believer in the integration of Eastern modalities into my treatments, and always endeavour to treat the person, not the pathology.
