Ocean Flow Fitness Teachers March 2018

I have the honour of presenting to you the two fabulous yoga teachers who will be covering the Ocean Flow Fitness yoga classes for the month of March. Both teachers have a wonderful energy and ethos that I’m sure you will easily connect with; as well as being highly knowledgable in not just yoga, but a whole range of movement and fitness disciplines. Ocean Flow really couldn’t be in better hands this March!

Ocean Flow Fitness Teachers

I have been living and working within Health, Fitness and Wellbeing since the 80’s. With my passion for dance and fitness from a very early age and then the addition of running for the past 15years  I naturally gravitated towards Yoga. Yoga was able to give to me a strong physical balance, breathe control and mental peace which complimented my other activities and life.

With my love of Yoga and seeing its benefits I started teaching 5 years ago, specialising in Yoga for Runners, Cyclists and Athletes. Within the sporting world there is a lot of competition so during my classes and workshops I encourage everyone to stop, smile and please don’t take yourself too seriously. Life is about enjoyment on and off your yoga mat.

I have had the pleasure in teaching Yoga in the Sky at the top of the Spinnaker Tower for the past 3 years and Yoga on the Lawn in the beautiful gardens of Woolbedding Gardens in West Sussex. I hold both weekly and monthly Yoga Classes,  Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga as well as Pregnancy Yoga ~ www.msefitness.net

Ocean Flow Fitness TeachersMy discovery and passion for yoga has grown since I attended my first yoga class, in the form of an ashtanga practise. This, along with my love of the outdoors, playing sport and keeping fit, lit the fire for me to share the immense benefits of yoga to both body and mind with others to help them develop their own practise and limitations.
I teach a fun and flowing practise, which gives students the chance to combine strength, flexibility and movement with a focus on the breath. The amazement of what the body can achieve when these elements unite, fuels my love for yoga and drives me to assist my students through physical adjustments and guided flows to move their body in a meaningful way to develop their own practice, their own peaceful place, and their own retreat from the frantic pace and stress of life
